what’s pastrami?

Pastrami has a long history. It began as a way of curing and smoking meat in Eastern Europe, then traveled with Jewish immigrants to New York, where it became a star of the city’s delicatessens. Thick slices, stacked high, shared at crowded tables — comforting, slow-made, and full of character.

We follow that tradition the old way: carefully seasoned, smoked low and slow, and sliced fresh to order. No shortcuts. No rush. Just time, patience, and flavor.

Let’s Pastrami is our tribute to that craft, brought to Lisbon. We make our pastrami in-house and serve sandwiches that are simple, generous, and made with care. Whether you live around the corner or just passing through, you’re always welcome.
